Please act in a manner you would if you met the person you are chatting with in public. Please refrain from rude, vulgar, or illegal conduct. Any conduct deemed to be inappropriate at the sole discretion of CelebrityFanChat will result in account termination and legal action if necessary. We maintain a detailed log file of all of the interactions within our site.

All purchases are final and non refundable. CelebrityFanChat.com does not issue refunds for usage purchased from our site. We provide you with extensive information regarding the features of our products and allow you to thoroughly review our demonstrations prior to final purchase. You are solely responsible for determining whether a product will meet your needs and your computer adheres to the "system requirements" before purchase.

Each member account has a first-time spending limit of $300 in order to minimize and prevent credit card fraud.

In the event of a system error, we may at our sole discretion, refund your purchase price under the following conditions:

• You have provided correct and accurate information at the time of your purchase and the billing error was ours.
• You have attempted to use our program and it has billed you for an amount other than you purchased.
• A software error occurred preventing the chat from occurring.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We do not share any of your personal information. Occasionally we may ask for specific information for the purpose of updating our internal records.

Please note: If your payment is returned due to insufficient funds, you will be required to pay all bank fees in addition to any collection and/or legal fees required to collect the full amount. Credit card fraud is a serious offense and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law. Any charges returned for stop payments or chargebacks will be considered fraud if our services have been used. In such cases all chat logs, user and IP information will be released to your credit card company as well as collections processors.

Your membership on CelebrityFanChat.com is not a monthly membership. That means you can cancel anytime by simply contacting us. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your account has been closed.

Once your account is closed and you decide to continue using the CFC system and all its free features, please contact us within seven days of cancellation. Your account will be reactivated. This allows you to keep your old username. After seven days please feel free to sign up for another account name.
