Reality TV and sexy go together much like reality TV and mental instability. That’s why Planet Beth, LLC, Beth Stolarczyk’s calendar-producing company, has been creating provocative wall calendars of shirtless dudes and bikini-clad babes since 2005.

And now they’re seeking ‘09 contenders. The Sexiest Men and Women of Reality TV Calendars posted this message on MySpace this morning:

Casting is now underway for the 2009 Sexiest Women of Reality TV calendar.

Eligibility: Women over age 18 who appeared in a US-based reality TV show during the past four years (including cable/satellite channel rebroadcasts)

Setting: The calendar shoot is expected to be held in the LA area in April 2008 and may include beach, pool, hot tub, studio and industrial settings. To the extent practical, the shoot will operate as a closed set.

What we are looking for: A confident, outgoing woman who feels comfortable with her body in a bikini and who is willing to talk candidly on camera about her reality TV experience.

MTV The Gauntlet 3’s Beth Stolarczyk posted some rather revealing information on her MySpace blog earlier today.

She writes:

Did I win or lose? It depends upon your perspective.

Yes, I lost to Coral in Ball Brawl. If I had to lose to someone, I’m glad it was to Coral because she is a veteran’s veteran. The truth is that I lost on purpose because I wanted to leave. I knew the veterans were being greedy and didn’t want to play like a team. They were not motivated by winning the game through any concept of sportsmanship or fair play; they were simply motivated by greed and the power of money. I didn’t want to be a part of that kind of challenge. When I left, I really wanted the rookies to win. The money wasn’t important enough to put up the nonsense and these guys will do ANYTHING for a few dollars. I knew my team wanted Coral gone, so I thought the best thing I could do was leave her to hang with them, to give them Hell. I wouldn’t be paid anything more to stay longer, and I knew when it was all said and done, the veterans would lose. These are things I said in my interviews with production at the time, which, of course, were not shown during any of the episodes.

She said, “The casting was done differently. A lot of these people are trashy, low-class people. They aren’t educated. I don’t fit in with that crowd.”
