Heh. Only kidding! (Well, he does kinda look like a younger, less orange version.)
We’ve dissed on networks attempts to be like MySpace or YouTube. Now we are going to cheer them on. A lot.
Why? Because Hulu.com is simply the single greatest Web site on the interweb right now. The revolutionary site, which just went public today, includes Bravo, FOX, NBC, Sci-Fi and Oxygen among other networks and allows the masses to indulge on full-length episodes of a bunch of TV shows from A-Team to The Simpsons.
Not in the mood for TV? The site also offers full-length movies such as The Big Lebowski and Master and Commander.
And all this entertainment goodness is totally and completely free. For serious!!!
We got ourselves an invite to the Beta version of Hulu.com a few weeks ago, and it is completely changing the way we watch TV. We’ve also developed a slight problem: We can’t stop watching George Michael on Arrested Development!! (We’ve even been having dreams we’re on the show!)
In a typical viewing, there is only one 15-second commercial every 10 to 15 minutes that you can’t skip, but it is sooooo worth it.
Next on our list? 30 Rock, of course. What are you gonna to watch?
